Today we are making a quick keto snack that will fill in your macros for the day and satisfy your sweet tooth.

 

Put some coconut oil in a Tupperware and melt it in your microwave for about 20 seconds.

 

Stir in two tablespoons of cacao powder or peanut powder or one tablespoon of each.

 

Next, add your preferred sweetener.

 

I use stevia or monk fruit.

 

You can stop here, but I like to add a scoop of flavorless protein powder.

 

This will, of course, add protein to the macros and it make the texture of the final product better.

 

The final step is to put your Tupperware or bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes.

 

Pro-tip. 15 minutes into the freezing, spread nut butter on top of the hardening mixture.

 

After a total of 30 minutes in the freezer, you can pop the chocolate treat out of its container using a spoon.

 

This recipe is for one large fat bomb. You can double the recipe and full muffin or candy molds to make these in bulk and store in the freezer for 3 months.

 

If you like, you can modify it in various ways including adding nuts or berries, changing the flavor with a protein powder like vanilla or cookies and cream, adding chia seeds for texture, adding vanilla or almond extract, or you can add different fats like organic butter.
